Warwick Thai Restaurant, established in 2014, has made a name in our Hudson Valley, New York location by providing welcoming service, delicious Thai cuisine, a full-service bar, and affordable prices.

Our restaurant is a jewel in the heart of the Village of Warwick, New York. We have an expansive, contemporary dining room as well as a garden patio for outdoor dining. During comfortable weather, the overhead doors to the patio are raised to offer an open-air dining experience while indoors.

Owner/Head Chef Nik Redmerski began his restaurant career as a waiter and line cook in several restaurants in New York and New Jersey. In 2004 Nik opened a Thai restaurant in West Milford, New Jersey where he finely honed his skills in the Thai kitchen. In 2014 Nik and his wife, Ying Redmerski, opened Warwick Thai in Warwick, New York. Ying wears several hats at the restaurant as Chef/Bookkeeper/Waitress and decision-maker alongside Nik.

Suda Rojana came to Warwick Thai in 2014, bringing more than 16 years of Thai cooking experience. New to Warwick Thai is Kitti Chapanon, joining the team in 2020 as the head Sushi Chef. Kitti brings seven years of experience from Thai and sushi restaurants and joins the Warwick Thai team to expand our sushi menu. Joy Phesayanawin is a Warwick Thai waitress and the bartender manager with ten years of experience in the restaurant industry.

Chef/Owner Nik and Ying pride themselves on serving the freshest ingredients in all of their made-from-scratch dishes. They believe that a great meal always begins with fresh ingredients. Fresh, local ingredients are used when available.

New to Warwick Thai is an expanded sushi menu. Our sushi chef revamped our existing sushi menu to include an expansive selection of signature sushi dishes in addition to traditional sushi, sashimi, and rolls.

The menu includes specialty dishes like Drunken Noodles, Green Curry and Pad King. Thai foodies can look forward to enjoying traditional Thai favorites as well as creative, new, and seasonal fare created by Chef/Owner Nik and our Sushi Chef, Kitti Chapanon.

During COVID-19, our restaurant seats guests indoors and, weather permitting,  outdoors, on our lovely patio. Tables are spaced for proper social distancing. Warwick Thai has one of the Hudson Valley’s finest full-service bars featuring a delicious selection of signature cocktails, beer on tap, bottled beer, wine, sake, liqueurs, and liquor of all sorts.

There are also fresh juices, syrups, tonics, and fresh fruit for mixing and garnishes. Specialty Thai tea and coffee, both with and without alcohol, are also available.
